Lemon Soy Marinated chops

Ingredients
4-3 oz. pork chops1/2 cup light soy sauceJuice from 1 lemon 1 tsp olive oil4 cloves minced garlic1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large ziploc bag. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Ycu can either bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or grill on the barbecue. One serving is one pork chop.

    Excellent - however I would use half the soy sauce, the pork chops were drowning in the marinade, and you could get the same flavor only using half of the soy sauce. - 8/22/11
