2 lbs ground turkey breast3 cans stewed tomatoes1can of tomato pastegarlic saltoreganobasilminced onion9 lasagna noodles6oz reduced fat parmesan cheese24oz fat free cottage cheese3/4 14 oz package 2%cheddar cheese
Brown gound turkey, drain, add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic salt, oregano, basil and minced onion. stir occasionally and cook 20 min
mix parmesan and cottage cheese in a separate bowl.
put a thin layer of meat mixture in the bottom of the pan. layer noodles, meat mixture, cheese mixture, noodles, meat mixtue, cheese mixtue, noodles, meat mixture, cover with foil and bake at 375 for 25 mins. spinkle with cheddar and return to oven for 5 mins or untill cheese melts.
