Ingredients
1 package of ground buffalo1 cup chopped spanish onion6 table spoons of chilli powder1 tsp of cayenne pepper1 tablespoon of black pepper1/2 cup salsa (I like medium -hot)Huntz Spicy red pepper tomato sause
Directions
in a large non stick skillett brown buffalo and onion together on medium heat until meat is browned and onion is transparent. Add all your spices and salsa.
Add the tomato sause and reduce heat to simmer. continue to stir until Chilli is bubbley.
Serve on tacos, burritoes, or as a dip for natchoes.
