Chicken Salad w/ Lettuce Bed

Ingredients
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked & diced1 apple, diced1 c. sliced grapes1 can water chestnuts1 stalk celery, diced1 pinch onionDressing:1 c. light mayo1/4 c. half & half1/4 tsp. curry powder1/2 tsp. sugar1 tsp. lemon juiceLettuceChow mein noodlesCashews
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Mix the dressing in a separate bowl first and then add to other mixture.
Layer on plate starting with lettuce, chow mein noodles, salad, and top with a few cashews.
