1 Polska Keilbasa 1in sliced on diagonal1 green pepper coarse chopped1 onion coarse chopped 1 cup converted rice1 can 14oz. whole tomatoes w/ juice
Coarse chop onion and gr pepper
Slice keilbasa on diagonal 1in thick
Put these in cassserole dish
Add one cup uncooked rice
Add 14oz can tomatoes
Cover and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
