Carolyn's Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 Can Pinto Beans1/2 C. Tomatoes, chopped1/2 C. Red Pepper, Chopped3 Tbsp. Olive Oil1/2 C. Tbsp. Balsamic VinegarParsely, Basil, Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Drain beans and place in bowl. Att all other ingredients and stir.

This is great with some crusty bread as an appetizer or topped on a salad. Also, a great accompaniment for chicken or pork.
