let the yeast activate by adding warm water + 1 tsp honey
than mix the flours with salt add water little by little ( add water if still the dough firm , add the flour if the dough is ticky ).
make 12 balls cover with a fabric let it raise for 1 hour than reshape and cook for 30 mn
