corn bread salad

Ingredients
2 c corn meal13/4 c 2% milk1/4 c egg sub2tbsp splenda1 c pickle relish2 c diced tomato ( i cut up cherry tomato)1 onion1 bell pepper1c light mayo
Directions
mix corn meal,egg,splenda, oil, & milk put in pan and bake 400 degress for 20-25 minutes. When cooled crumble in bowl and add tomato,onion,relish,bell pepper and stir ,then add mayo stir and salt & pepper to taste. Taste great when warm or cold
