Torani fat-free coconut extract, 1/4 cTorani fat-free almond extract, 1/4 cTurmeric, ground, 1 tbsp Curry powder, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Tomatoes, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 canCarrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Cumin seed, 1 tbspCoriander seed, 1 tbspPepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.5 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cilantro, 1 c. leavesGarlic, 4 clovesCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp 8 plum tomatoes
Place all ingredients into slow cooker.
Cook for 10 hours on high or until ingredients meld.
Remove ingredients and finish by pureeing in food processor.
Serve with fish, chicken or tofu, over rice or cous cous. Try it with barbecued foods!
