Jen's turkey burgers

Ingredients
1lb of extra lean ground turkey1/4 cup chopped onion1 tsp worchester sauce1 cup of shredded colby jack cheese
Directions
Mix all four ingred, together and form mixture into patties. Grill on indoor/outdoor grill or fry wih cooking spray in a frying pan. Serve with whole wheat bun and condiments of your choice. Cheese is already in the burger so no need to add extra.
