2c Bisquickapprox 6-8 oz light beerbutter
mix beer and bisquick until mixture is about muffin consistency. then set in warm spot for apprx an hour (to rise). Put butter in muffin pan and melt in pre-heated 350* oven. pour apprx 1/3c batter in each muffin tin and bake for 20 min or until golden. Great with more butter melted inside!
