Peach-Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 c regular oats (not quick or instant)3/4 c. Bisquick Heart Smart Baking mix1 c skim milk1/2 c egg beaters, original1/3 c canned pure pumpkin1 c canned peaches in juice or water, drained and chopped1/4 c splenda2 t. pumpkin pie spice1/4 t salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Spoon mixture into a 12 cup muffin tin sprayed well with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 20 min. or until muffins have puffed up and tops are firm and golden. Allow to cool before removing from muffin tin. Enjoy! (Don't you love recipes that are this easy!)
