Grilled Veggie Chinese Style

Ingredients
Bok ChoyLettuceBean SproutsLow fat Sesame Ginger DressingNo fat Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressinggarlic powder
Directions
Chop up lettuce (2 cups) and bok choy (1 cup). Mix in bowl with bean sprouts (1 cup) and dressing (2 tbsp low fat sesame ginger, 2 tbsp no fat balsamic vinaigrette) Add garlic power and mix.
This works best if you have one of those grilling bowls with all the holes in it, but you can also just put it on tin foil with holes in it over the grill.
Grill for 2 minutes. Mix and grill for 5 more minutes.
Make a great side dish or something to add to rice. You can also use less dressing for a more subtle flavor.
