chocolate tofu mousse

Ingredients
* Tofu, soft, 340 grams * Granulated Sugar, .33 cup * Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 T * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
Directions
throw all in a blender and blend til smooth. pour into bowls, toss in fridge and wait an hour or two so it can chill.

    This turned out more as a smoothie, but I will try again. Additional options: coffee for flavor, Splenda in reduced amounts instead of sugar, Benefiber just to give it more nutritional value. - 9/5/10
