Low fat oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1c. non fat yogurt1/2 c. applesauce (no sugar added)1/2 c. banana (mashed well w/ immersion blender-or chopper)2 c. brown sugar2 c. granulated sugar4 eggs1 tsp. vanilla4 c. white flour1/2 c. water2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt5 c. quick oatmeal1-12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
preheat oven to 325
baking time 10-12 min.
Cream together yogurt, applesauce, banana,sugars and vanilla...add eggs, then flour,soda and salt alternately with water (it will seem watery)...beat until smooth...fold in oatmeal and chocolate chips...
Drop by tablespoonful on parchment paper (on cookie sheet)
bake at 325 for 10-12 min.
