L.R. black bean and rice stoup

Ingredients
2 cups brown rice2 quarts chicken boullion, divided3 slices bacon, diced1 T. minced garlic3 cups chopped celery2 cups chopped onions1-1/2 lbs venison sausage2 T. worcestershire sauce1 T. cumin2 T. chili powder2 T. coriander2 cups fresh or frozen corn2 cups tomato sauce1 quart whole tomatoes, chopped6 cups cooked black beans with liquid (mash 2 of the cups before adding)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a kettle, bring 1 quart of the broth to a boil. Add the brown rice. Bring back to a boil; stir. Reduce heat and simmer, covered until rice is tender.
In a large kettle, fry the bacon until the fat is rendered. Add garlic, celery and onions. Continue to stir and fry until vegetables are tender.Add sausage and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Makes 20 cups.
