Kraft Foil-Pack Chicken & Artichoke Dinner

3 cups Instant brown rice uncooked3 cups warm Water6 small boneless skinless chicken breast Halves (1 1/2 pound total weight)13 3/4 oz artichoke hearts (nutrition calculation uses those marinated in oil, but you can use canned)2 cups chopped tomatoes1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing1/4 cup pesto
Perheat oven to 400. Prepare 6 foil packs for baking. Mix rice and water and spoon evenly into the foil packs. Top each with 1/2 chicken breast. Cover evenly with the artichokes and tomatoes and drizzle with the combined driessing and pesto.
Close foil packets leaving room for air to circulate.
Bake 30-35 min or until chicken is cooked through. Reomove packets from oven and let stand 5 min.
