Carries Chopped Salad

Ingredients
1/ 2 head Iceburg Lettuce1 Small Tomatoe1 Small Onion1/2 small Cucumber (with peel)6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or light)2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar2 Tbsp MustardSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.Start our on a large cutting board, Chop up the lettuce, tomatoe, onion and cucumber(as big or small as you'd like)
2.Mix together and make a well in the center of the vegitables.
3. Start adding your mustard, olive oil, and vinegar.
4. add salt and pepper to taste
4. pull the sides together and mix (you can also mix in a bowl if desired, I like to have fun with it)
