Guacamole

Ingredients
3 small avocados, ripe1 large red tomato, 3" diameter1 small red onion3 limes or lime juicecilantro - fresh or the kind you can buy in a tubeSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and remove the pits from the avocados. Roughly chop and place in bowl. Add entire chopped tomato and approx 1/2 cup of chopped red onion. Squeeze juice from 3 limes (or use lime juice). Add 3 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro (or a few squirts of the kind that comes in a tube). Add salt and pepper to taste. Mash with a fork and mix well to desired consistency. Taste and add extra lime juice, cilantro, salt or pepper if needed. Makes about 4 cups. 1 serving = 1/4 cup.
