Barbecued Succotash

Ingredients
1 15 oz can Black Beans, Drained and rinsed1 cup of frozen corn1 small onion, chopped1/4 of a large red pepper, chopped2 tsp. of olive oil3-4 T of KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
Directions

Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Put in olive oil, peppers and onions. Saute until tender-crisp. Add beans, corn and BBQ sauce (it should just be coated with the BBQ sauce, not floating). Heat gently on low until hot.

    It was ok... not bad by any means but certainly not as good as I was hoping. I don't think I'll make it again because I have other recipes in which I'd prefer to use my beans. - 4/24/10
