1 c margarine, melted1 t vanilla1/3 c Peanut Butter, smooth1 c brown sugar5 c oatmeal1 c crushed cereal (wheaties, rice krispies, cocoa pebbles)1/2 c flaked coconut1/3 c lite corn syrup1/2 c chopped walnuts1/2 c craisins
Melt together margarine, vanilla, peanut butter, and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. Mix in large bowl butter mix, oatmeal, cereal, and coconut. Add corn syrup. Let cool. Add walnuts and craisins, or mini chocolate chips or your own choice of add in's (nutrition is figured for walnuts and craisins) Mix well. Press firmly into a greased large pan. Cover and freeze before cutting. Cut into bars and wrap individually with Glad Press 'n Seal, return to freezer for storage. Best eaten right out of the freezer. Makes approximately 2 dozen bars.
