Easy Pasta Primavera (slow cooker)

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts2 zucchini - chopped2 squash - chopped1/2 c onion - chopped1 package whole wheat pasta - cooked1 can tomato sauceGarlic, Italian seasonings to taste
Directions
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add chicken, tomato sauce, onion, and seasoning. Cook on high 5 hours. Shred chicken. Stir in veggies and pasta. Cover and cook 30-60 minutes.
