Fruit Salad Pudding

Ingredients
1 9oz sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding3/4 c fat-free plain yogurt1/3 c concentrated orange juice (I used the juice from the pineapple)1 20 oz can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (I used tidbits)1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges, drained1 1/2 c frozen peaches, chopped and drained (I used canned, lite)2 med. apples - peeled and cubed (I left the skin on)2 med. bananas - slice (I diced)Kiwi Fruit (I did not use)
Directions
Whisk milk, pudding and Orange Juice for 2 minutes. Fold in yogurt and whisk for another minute. Add pineapple, oranges, peaches and apples. Chill for at least 2 hours. Add bananas and garnish with kiwi fruit.
