Fischer's Lo Cal Turkey Loaf

1 pound extra lean ground turkey1 egg1/2 cup unsweetened organic soymilk 3/4 cup oats3 tbsp chopped onion1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients all together in a bowl. Shape into a loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
