1 Tortilla Factory High Fiber Rosemary Wrap3 oz lean ham (sliced)4oz Cottage cheese, strained to remove some of the liquid and the salt.1/5 oz Fresh chives 3 oz Broccoli slaw..
Pour the cottage cheese in a small strainer and pour water through it to strain some of the liquid and the salt out.
Mix the cheese curds with the fresh chives and the broccoli slaw.
Wrap the mix in the ham slices (2 wraps)
Wrap each ham roll in half a high fiber wrap.
