2 oz Polska Kielbasa1/2 cup green pepper strips1/2 cup chopped red onion1 whole wheat pita
Cut up and fry the Polska Kielbasa in a skillet without oil or margarine (the Kielbasa contains more than enough fat from itself)
When the Kielbasa is ready, add chopped onions and green bellpeppers.
Cut off the top of the pita pocket, and toast to open up more easily for filling.
Don't allow too much juice from the vegetables in the pita pocket ...
