soy crumble and turkey meat balls

Ingredients
1.3 lb. lean ground Turkey 12 oz Soy crumbles (Morning Star Farms)3/4 cp raw oatmeal - ground into flour 2 beaten eggsItalian seasoning to taste (Tablespoon or so)1/8 cp whole wheat flour1/2 T paprika
Directions
Mix together first 5 ingredients, Use disposible gloves to form 20 golf sized balls - mixture is quite sticky. Combine Flour and paprika on large sheet wax paper, gently roll balls in mixture. Place on a large, non-stick cookie sheet (must have sides) Bake 30 minutes in a 325 degree oven. Half way through turn balls.
