2 cups green bell peppers1 cup of chopped onions1 can of 99%fat free chicken broth1 jar of spagetti sauce (your choice)1 can pf spicy stewed tomatos1 oz lean beef

brown beef, drain grease,add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour
