Spinach Salad

Ingredients
6 oz Baby Spinach2 Clementines1 TBSP diced shallot1/3 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds.
Directions
Wash spinach. Peel and separate clementines. Mix all ingredients together. Goes best with a mustard vinagrette. Goat cheese is a nice addition, too.
