Mini Banana Bread loaves

3/4 cup Splenda Brown sugar10 tables spoons oil5 egg whites (large egg)1 egg (large)7 ripe bananas (large)2 cups uncooked oats1 cup fat free milk1 cup wheat flour2 cups white flour1 cup vanilla whey powder2 tablespoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend together first 4 ingredients, then mix in bananas, oats and milk. Then mix in slowly the flour and whey powder. Finally add the last ingredients and blend. Use mini-bread loaf pans to make 32 mini-loaves or 2 large loaves.
If making mini loaves cook for 18-20 minutes on 350- if making large loaf cook for 1 hour 10 minutes on 350.
