Ingredients
Directions
10 oz (1 pkg plus 1/4 of another) FF Phil Cream Cheese2/3 Cup Splenda No Cal1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract1/8 tsp Cinnamon2T Coffee (liquid)1 Cup Cool Whip Free16 Vanilla Wafers (Sugar Free) optional/ not in calorie count
Take out the FF Phil Cream Cheese and let it get to room temperature. Grab out a muffin pan, or a cupcake pan, or a mini cupcake pan (I prefer this, because they puff up more) and line it with liners. Once the Cream Cheese is room temperature, mix in the other ingrediants until the mixure is smooth. Pour mix into liners in pan and immediately put into freezer. Leave for at least 3 hours or overnight. Take out about 10 minutes before eating. That is enough time to let them soften enough to eat but not to get liquidy. ENJOY!!!!
(If using the Vanilla Wafers) Take 16 Vanilla Wafers and put into a zip lock bag and crush them up or just put them in the liners whole. If you crushed them, then scoup out just enough of the wafers to put a layer in the bottom of each liner. Do this while the Cream Cheese is getting to room temperature (if using in recipe, add 10 calories to each making them 28 calories, not 18)
