Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs1 cup salsa1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
Add chicken to slow cooker.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa and soup over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Serve with rice.

    Very tasty! I used 1/2 cup salsa (all I had on hand!) and 1/2 cup chili sauce. I used the 'cream of soup mix' (recipe here on SP) and added 6 sliced mushrooms and 1 sliced onion. Since I started this late in the day so cooked 3.5 hours on high. Didn't have sour cream. Served over brown basmati rice - 7/8/10

    This was yummy. The only change I made was using cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. My grandson hates mushrooms. - 2/1/15
