Sausage Stew

Ingredients
1 package mild pork sausage1 medium onion, diced1 Cup fresh mushroom pieces2 - 12 oz cans peeled, diced, or whole tomatos3 reg cans of mixed vegetables, drained1 can tomato saucesalt & pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions
Makes 16 servings - 1 cup serving size

Brown 1 package of pork sausage, rinse and drain, to remove excess fat

For crockpot - add all ingredients and cook on low. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder , spices to taste

For Stove Top: sautee onions, add cooked sausage and onions and all other ingredients. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder , spices to taste.
Cook until hot throughout
