1 lb ground turkey, browned1/2 c green bell pepper1/2 c red bell pepper1/2 c yellow bell pepper1 c orange bell pepper1 onion chopped10 Mushrooms quartered8 Brussel sprouts halved6-8 small new white potatoes quartered1 c Chicken broth1 c Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce1 tsp SpikeSalt & Pepper to tase1/2 tsp Oreganon1 tsp Tarragon
Directions
brown turkey with olive oil and herbs & spices. stir in all vegtables saute 10 minutesadd broth & sauces, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings
