Knockoff Nachos Base Recipe

Ingredients
4 shells broken into bigger pieces1/4 c cheese sauce1/4 c. refried beans (I make mine homemade)2 T lowfat yogurt1/4 c. diced tomatoes
Directions
Heat up the beans and cheese sauce.

While that is heating up, break up the taco shells.

Layer the heated cheese, beans, and tomatoes.

Dollop with lowfat yogurt.

ENJOY!

    For a lower cal version you can substitute taco shells with tortillas, cut into triangles, sprayed with a little oil and toasted in the oven for as little or long as u like. sprinkle with a flavoured salt such as lemon pepper for flavour - 5/20/09
