Ingredients
5 jalepeno peppers1 can of tomatoes (diced or petiite)
Directions
Wash jalepenos and place in a pan of water, just enough to cover and boil until they change to a lighter green. Rinse under cool water and pull off stem. Add to a blender jalepenos and can of tomatoes. Blend on the chop button for about a minute or until nice and chopped. Can add about a teaspoon of salt to taste. I usually don't add any and the flavor is fine. Serving size is 2 tablespoons.
