Pita Pizza

Ingredients
Half a whole wheat pita (split the pita and use only one side of the pocket)1 Tablespoon of olive oil1 Tablespoon tomato sauce2 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Makes 1 pita pizza

- Preheat the toaster oven to 400 degrees.
- Brush the pita's craggy side with olive oil and place in oven until it is slightly crispy and lightly brown (about 5 minutes)
- Take out of oven and spread the sauce on, then sprinkle with the cheese
- Place back in oven until cheese is melted.
