* Chicken Broth, 2 can (10.75 oz) * Water, tap, 60 fl oz * Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp * *Onions, dehydrated flakes, 3 tbsp * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp * Salt, 2 tsp (TO TASTE) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp * Egg, fresh, 5 large , BEATEN * *Soy Sauce, 6 tbsp * Corn Starch, .25 cup **green onion, 3 CHOPPED FINE
Directions
IN A LARGE SOUP POT, PUT IN CHICKEN BROTH, WATER SEASONINGS,EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE, CORN STARCH, EGGS AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF SOY SAUCE. IN A BOWL BEAT EGGS AND MIX IN 2 TABLESPOONS OF SOY SAUCE. AFTER THE SOUP IS BOILING VERY HARD SCOOP OUT THE EGG MIXTURE WITH A FORK, SO IT STRINGS UP IN THE SOUP. ONCE ALL IS IN THE SOUP, MIX THE 2 TABLESPOONS OF CORN STARCH WITH ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF COLD WATER MIX WELL. POUR SLOWLY INTO THE SOUP AND STIR. LET THE SOUP COOK DOWN UNTIL IT'S A LITTLE THICK. ONCE IT'S COOKED DOWN, YOU CAN THEN SERVE IT. IF YOU EAT A FEW CHICKEN FLAVORED CRACKERS WITH IT, IT'S SO MUCH BETTER. YOU CAN GET THE CRACKERS FROM THE DOLLAR STORE FOR 1.00 A BOX, CLOVER VALLEY THEY ARE SO GOOD. THE CALORIES ARE NOT FIGURED IN FOR THAT SO YOU WILL HAVE TO ADD THAT IN IF YOU USE THEM. YOU CAN ALSO BUY THE LOW SALT SOY SAUCE, AND USE EGG SUBSTITUTE TO LOWER THE CHOLESTEROL CONTENT. ENJOY!!!
