Ingredients
200 grams linguine noodles, cooked, rinsed, and cooled1/4 head sliced napa cabbage1/2 head sliced red cabbage1 red bell pepper, sliced thin1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin1/3 cup sliced scallionslots of chopped cilantroDRESSING:Juice of 1 lime1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 tbsp sesame oil4 tbsp soy sauce4 tbsp white wine vinegar1/8 cup brown sugar3 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped2 cloves chopped garlicMore chopped cilantro
Directions
Mix together salad ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Mix with tongs or hands and serve.

    Everyone in the family (including a slightly picky 13 year old) loved this salad! My kids asked for seconds. I stored the salad separate from the dressing, and we had it again for lunch the next day. - 4/7/16
