Ingredients
1 pkg lo sodium taco seasoning1 can 15oz black beans, rinsed and drained1 jar, 8oz roasted red peppers8oz. Light cream cheees1 tbs. chopped cilantro1 oz lime juice1 cup chopped tomato
Directions
reserve the chopped tomatoes, add all other ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and serve.
