chicken, mushrooms, green onions, garlic, ginger root, broccoli, zucchini, lite soy sauce, chicken broth
Spay skillet with cooking spray, add mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes, add the rest of the veggies, cook 5 minutes. remove from pan. spay again and add chicken, cook 5 minutes. Add broth soy sauce and garlic and ginger and black pepper. Add veggies. Let simmer 2 minutes. May add corn starch to thinken.
