Choclate Chip Peanut Butter Wheat Cookies

Ingredients
Brown Sugar-1 cupWhite Sugar - 1/2 CButter - 1/2 CChunky Peanut Butter - 1 1/4CDark Chocolate Chips - 1 CWheat Pastry Flour - 1 1/4COats - 1/2 CVanilla Extract - 1 tspBaking Soda - 1/2 tspEggs - 2
Directions
Mix Softened Butter with both sugars and whip till creamy. Add Extract, soda, peanut butter, and eggs.

Then add the flour and oats.

Roll into a ball put on greased cookie sheet and flatten with fork dipped in sugar.

Cook 7-10 minutes cool on rack.

    Thanks - I added the ingredient on the info page and thought they would transfer. They didn't so I posted them now. Enjoy they turned out great. I use the whole wheat pastry flour, and dark chocolate chips. Yummmmm.
