Spinach-Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
almondsquionaspinach cranberrieschickpeasgreen onionsplain yogurt, low fatlemon juicegarlic
Directions
cook quinoa according to directions. Rinse to cool.
chop spinach into slivers
Toss together quinoa, almonds, spinach, cranberries, chickpeas and green onions in small bowl. Whick together yogurt lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, also good with dill. Chill 30 mintues to allow flavours to develop before serving.
