Blender Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat kernels1 cup milk (or 1 cup water + 1/3 cup dry milk)2 tbsp oil2 eggs2 tbsp honey1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Put wheat and milk in blender. Blend 3 minutes. Add eggs, oil, honey and salt. Blend 30 seconds. Add baking powder and pulse three times. Make pancakes immediately.

Yield 20 pancakes.
