Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
4 cups water1 pound chicken breast2 cups salsa1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup rinsed chick peas1/2 tsp cumin1 tsp chili poder1 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
I use pasta bowls and place on piece of chicken in each bowl over 1/4 of the rice/chickpea sauce. I will measure my chicken to ensure I do not go over my proteins for the day.
