Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove Perdue Ground Chicken (2 lbs)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 small pepper chopped*ground Cumin , 2 tsp diced Tomatoes, 1 can Beans, great northern, 14.5 oz canBeans, white, 14.5 oz canYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup (optional)Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.5 cup red Onion, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Cilantro, fresh 2 tbsp *Mild Green Chilis , canned, 2 -4oz cansChicken Broth, 2- 14.5 oz cans
drizzle skillet with olive oil and fry ground chicken add both kinds of onions and cook till tender. add peppers ,garlic and spices. Add beans and corn and add broth and tomatoes. Cook and mix together. Cook at a simmer till soup is hot and beans are cooked down just a little to add starch to the chili.. Last but not least add sour cream and stir together and serve. Spicy and good.
