Grilled Ceasar Salad

Ingredients
2 heads Romaine Lettuce2 Tbs olive oil dividedRice vinegar 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato
Directions
Brush whole head of romaine with olive oil. Place on grill and grill until just beginning to brown and wilt.
Salt and pepper chicken breast, place on grill and cook until done.
Slice into thin slices.
Place whole romaine head on plate. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, Salt and pepper.
Arrange chicken slices on side. Serve with slice of french bread
