If using chicken with skin use chicken broth instead of margerine. - 7/19/10

A friend shared this recipe with me years and years ago, its a go-to meal when we are in a hurry! I usually add a dash of cayenne pepper too.
We love it, and more importantly, so do the KIDS!

We use 1 full chicken breast (about 1 lb of chicken) for our family (2 adults, and 2 young children). - 3/10/09

Nice mellow flavor. I enjoyed the dish and used skinless chicken thighs. I had everything in my pantry and didn't have to run to the market. This one is a keeper. - 4/12/07

I made this with chicken thighs (I recalculated nutrition) and it still fit easily into my plan. This is really easy to make and could therefore be a staple in our house. Even one of the kids liked it! - 3/29/07

You forgot to add the chicken breasts to the ingredient list! How many breasts go into the recipe? Sounds yummy though, I love sweet curries! =) - 3/29/07
