Mock Zen Bakery Fiber Cakes

2 1/2 cups wheat bran3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white grape juice concentrate1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 /12 cups blueberries
Boil water. Add fiber and allow to sit 10 minutes. Stir in flour baking powder salt juice and fruit. Scoop into 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
