Broccoli cheese Quiche

Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust4 eggs (or egg subsitute)1 cup half n half (can use fat free)1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can use lowfat cheese)8 oz cooked chopped broccoli
Directions
place cooked broccoli and cheese in pie crust, mix eggs and half n half together in a blender. Pour into crust, bake at 350 for 1 hour

    The recipe is easy to make and came it pretty good. I think using fat free half and half made it a little too watery because I had to cook it for an extra 20+ minutes. Next time I might try regular half and half, which might add a little more flavor as well. Thanks for sharing. - 6/2/09
